DEV TEAM Krzysztof Szczepaniec Beata Rzycka Spółka Jawna is a general partnership registered in Ponikiew. Because the company carries the names of its partners, you know exactly who stands behind every contract, schedule and handover.
Our core activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. That covers new family homes and apartment buildings as well as commercial and utility premises, delivered in stages with a clear plan for each one.
Alongside construction, we work in the real estate sector. This lets us look at a project the way an owner does: what the building is for, how it will be used and managed, and how it keeps its value after the last tradesperson has left.
We prefer straightforward agreements, written scopes of work, and regular updates on progress. If something changes on site, you hear it from us first.
